We tripled our business, with more companies expanding their operations in online or developing complex omni-channel sales eco-systems.

We doubled the number of companies that use our tools, with great companies such as Noriel, Cora, Auchan, Nemira, Nala Cosmetics, Intersport, Vivre, Dr. Max to name just a few, joining the Postis Community.

We set new powerful partnerships that make last-mile revolution possible fast, easy, in control, cost efficiently. Now, the advanced digital technologies provided by Postis are available to all retailers that rely their business on e-Commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, PrestaShop, AvantiCart, Content Speed, Magento, eMAG Marketplace, Teamshare, and the list expands as we speak.

We extended our carrier catalogue to meet the ever growing need for delivery diversification, quality and efficiency. Postis Platform now offers instant access to more than 150 carriers in Romania, Europe and the rest of the world, in a wide range that goes from bike deliverers, couriers, transporters, or specialized freight forwarders.

We put together the widest range of delivery options, including express deliveries in less than 1 hour, scheduled delivery, curbside or physical store pickup, pickup from one of the 2000+ lockers and delivery points, all available in Postis Platform with one simple API integration.

We developed new, unique tools that transform last-mile process optimization and automation into powerful customer relations enablers and valuable marketing insights providers:

• we implemented the 3rd generation of our decision-making AI and updated machine-learning algorithms that constantly improve the automated selection of the best delivery option
• our Customer Engagement Service provides integrated, real-time SMS and e-mail communication on delivery status, commercial offers and customer satisfaction
• Postis CX Tracker provides built-in tools to measure post-delivery satisfaction, with feedback, rating and NPS offering great operational and marketing insights
• Postis Delivery Widget puts the power of choice in the hand of end-customers, who are able to decide where, when and how their order is delivered, right from the eShop cart

Our team quadrupled, with new colleagues adding in software development, data science, business consultancy, customer success management and marketing, all ready to support companies in their effort to transform last-mile journeys through digital techs.

We moved in a new office, four times larger, and we opened local consultancy representations nationwide, from Bucharest to Timisoara and Satu Mare.

Our international footprint expands worldwide and it now covers Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and goes way to UK, France and Spain.
