Collaboration and partnership are vital to how Postis operates. A significant portion of your responsibilities will include working closely with the Backend Team and Integrations Team members to develop features together. Engineers at Postis are also responsible for the quality of their code, so you will work with a QA counterpart to ensure all edge cases are tested. You should be proficient in using one or more of the modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue etc.) and have a strong understanding of building reusable components and developing them for performance.

What you will do
- Build features in Angular while collaborating with designers, engineers, and product
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end code that drive the Postis user experience
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Build and maintain unit and integration tests
- Fixing bugs fast and finding robust solutions to tackle hard problems
- Follow established practices for maintaining state inside Postis
Skills that we look for
- 3+ years working with JavaScript and one or more modern frameworks (Angular preferred)
- HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
- A strong self-starter, operationally-focused; a problem-solver
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Self-driven personality: you are highly motivated to deliver top-tier solutions with minimal guidance
- Learning mindset: eager to learn about and use new frameworks, languages, and APIs; admit mistakes and use failure as a learning opportunity
- Adaptability & flexibility: you are able to adapt quickly to changes in business requirements and work in an agile environment
- Critical judgement: you smartly separate what must be done well now, and what can be improve later; exhibit bias-to-action and avoid analysis-paralysis
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus
